Bio
Olivia is interested in understanding ecological and evolutionary drivers of zoonotic infectious diseases. She graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology and an MS in Earth Systems. Following a year studying primates in Kenya, she worked in an epidemiology lab studying human tuberculosis. She is a dual degree (DVM/PhD) student working with Dr. Johnson, Dr. Anthony, and Dr. Evans and plans on studying bat coronaviruses in Myanmar.
